Booking Procedure
An initial booking deposit of £1000 is required to reserve a site (No Credit Cards). 
£750.00 of this initial deposit is refundable before exchange of contracts. 
When contracts are exchanged this £1000 will form part payment of your new home. 
This deposit will hold the property in your name for a six week period. 
During this time it is your responsibility to sign an unconditional contract and pay a 10% deposit.
If this contract is not forthcoming within the six week period then Lennon Estates reserve the right to
put the site back on the open market at the builder’s discretion.
