BOOKING PROCEDURE
An initial booking deposit of £1000 is required to reserve a site (No Credit Cards).
£750.00 of this initial deposit is refundable should the sale not complete.
When contracts are exchanged this £1000 will form part payment of your new home.
This deposit will hold the property in your name for a six week period.
During this time it is your responsibility to sign an unconditional contract.
If this contract is not forthcoming within the six week period then Lennon Estates reserve the right to
put the site back on the open market at the builder’s discretion.
